Suggested Uses

N/A L-3614 was designed for use in applications that require an ultra-soft hand coupled with good strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent resiliency. It may be used as a blending resin with the harder L-3615 to impart increased toughness. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.

Characteristics

N/A

  • Co-solvent free, TEA free, Tin free, APEO free
  • Ultra soft, tough, dry film
  • Very good abrasion and UV resistance
  • Exceptional low temperature flexibility and crack resistance

Application

N/A L-3614 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with other coatings for spray or pad bath applications. Solids can be adjusted with water to optimize dry coating weight. This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

Curing

N/A L-3614 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties
