N/A L-3415 may be applied by spray or gravure methods. Films must be dried completely before UV energy cure. UV irradiation is required to attain optimal film properties, but un-cured coating films are durable enough for handling or walking on prior to curing. |
N/A L-3415 must be air-dried, or oven dried (temperature: 150 - 170 ºF; dwell time: 10 minutes) to remove water from the film prior to UV exposure. A photo-initiator must be incorporated into the coating formulation for effective curing. See starting point formulations for suggestions. Exposure guidelines: MPMA lamp - 300 watts/in2, 2.0 - 3.0 second dwell time. |
