    Suggested Uses: HD-2001 is a highly versatile coatings and adhesives polymer. Originally designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with abrasion-resistance, and excellent adhesion and resiliency. HD-2001 is also suitable for industrial laminating applications that require excellent bond strength. The low melting point temperature also allows HD-2001 to be used as a heat seal-able adhesive.

  • A medium soft, high solids, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion.

    Suggested Uses: HD-4664 was designed as a high solids, multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It may be used as a blending resin for harder polyurethane polymers to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylic latices and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.

    Suggested Uses: L-2183 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for modifying industrial laminating adhesives. L-2183 may also be used in low tack pressure sensitive applications.

    Suggested Uses: L-2245 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications where a pre-lamination coating is applied to a substrate and then dried. Ideal for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles.

    • Low level of n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent (~2 %)

  • A high solids, anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion.

    Suggested Uses: L-2255 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications. Suitable for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles.

    • Can be crosslinked to improve bond strength and heat-resistance.

  • A soft, high solids, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion.

    Suggested Uses: L-2337 was designed as a multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It is suitable for industrial applications where low VOC, high film-build, elastomeric coatings are required.

    • Contains no co-solvent
    • Forms soft, tough, lightfast films
    • Excellent adhesion to most substrates

  • Soft, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion in a blend of DMM and propylene glycol solvents.

    Suggested Uses: L-2985 was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with very good strength, abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion, and excellent resiliency. Due to its overall properties, L-2985 can be used as a finish or a coating. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates. L-2985 is also ideally suited for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. The low melt temperature also allows L-2985 to be used as a heat seal coating. When properly formulated, L-2985 can be used as a coating for awning fabrics, boat cover fabrics, and other architectural fabrics.
